The opportunity
Tableh is a platform purpose-built for influencer marketers — giving them the tools to plan, launch, track, and optimize campaigns in one place. While the product had strong foundations, the team recognized that the existing experience was no longer aligned with how their users work.

What the client
needed
Tableh’s original platform had been functional but difficult to scale. Influencer marketers often struggled to navigate between campaign setup, audience definition, performance analytics, and payouts. The experience lacked structure, visual clarity, and feedback loops — resulting in confusion, workflow abandonment, and user churn.
The client needed to reimagine the experience in a way that would improve day-to-day usability, deepen engagement, and give users more visibility and control over their campaign journey.

Understanding the
experience gap
We began by auditing the existing platform and running collaborative discovery workshops with the Tableh team. Through this, we identified key friction points: unclear campaign flows, inconsistent data presentation, limited visibility into performance timelines, and a lack of intuitive UX across essential features. These issues were directly contributing to campaign drop-offs, incomplete audience setups, and disengagement post-launch.
Our redesign approach was built to solve these core problems — simplifying the interface, guiding users through the journey, and creating a visual system that matched the sophistication of the modern influencer marketing space.

One of our first priorities was to rework how campaigns are created and launched. We introduced a step-based structure that helps users build campaigns progressively — from setting objectives and timelines to defining influencer types, audiences, and platforms.

Driving retention
with better
visibility
Another major challenge was post-campaign engagement. Once a campaign launched, users had limited insight into performance. This lack of transparency led to lower reactivation rates and missed optimization opportunities.
We redesigned the reporting system to include real-time analytics, visualized metrics, and a timeline-based breakdown of campaign performance. Now, influencer marketers can immediately understand what’s working, adjust on the fly, and prove campaign impact with clean, shareable reports.

A unified platform
for every
touchpoint
Influencer marketers often work across multiple tools to manage campaigns, track audiences, and handle payouts. We helped Tableh bring everything into a single, seamless platform.
From the redesigned audience selection flow to campaign briefs, reporting dashboards, and payment management, every workflow was simplified and unified under one design language. The result: reduced tool-switching, fewer user errors, and stronger engagement across the platform.

“They helped us reduce drop-offs, bring structure to complex workflows, and deliver a platform our users finally enjoy using. It feels like we’ve moved from MVP to market-ready — with clarity, speed, and confidence.”
